Shipping

  • Orders will be shipped between Mon-Wed in order to avoid weekend slowdowns. Michigan customers can expect them within the week. East Coast customers can expect them closer to the weekend. West Coast customers can expect them the week after.

  • Every candle is handcrafted in an at-home workspace in Rochester Hills, Michigan by yours truly 🥰

  • At this time, Homeglow Candles only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

  • Homeglow Candles offers free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required! Enjoy our handcrafted candles without worrying about extra shipping costs.

  • No need to worry! Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours as the carrier processes and scans your package. Your tracking information should be updated by the end of the day. If there are any issues after 48 hours, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist! 😊

Payments

  • We offer wholesale order discounts when a minimum of 12 candles are order. Email us at info@homeglowcandles.com to learn more about our wholesale discounts!

  • We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. However, in rare cases, breakage may occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@homeglowcandles.com with the following details:

    • Photos of the packaging and damaged product (if possible)

    • Quantity of broken items

    • Order number (e.g., HSC#)

    We’ll work on a replacement as soon as possible!

    If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, you may request either a refund or a replacement. Please follow the steps above, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly!

ORDERS

  • About one week. To be notified when a candle is restocked, add your email to the waitlist. This sign-up can be found below the description of a Sold Out product. When the candle is restocked, we will send you an email. This does not automatically add you to our mailing list.

  • Email us at info@homeglowcandles.com to submit your request and we will contact you as soon as possible. You can also read more on our Wholesale Program page.

  • Returns
    We do not accept returns for unsold or excess inventory, except in cases where the product arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

    Brick-and-Mortar Only
    We exclusively partner with retailers that have a physical brick-and-mortar location. At this time, we do not support wholesale orders for e-commerce, online stores, or marketplaces. Third-party resale of our candles online is not permitted. Additionally, we do not offer exclusivity for any of our wholesale accounts.

    About Our Candles
    Our candles are hand-poured into 8oz glass jars, each thoughtfully crafted to evoke nostalgic memories of home. We use all-natural soy wax for a clean and consistent burn. Our custom fragrance blends contain natural essential oils and/or non-toxic synthetic oils. The premium cotton wicks are lead-free, and our candles are free from parabens, petroleum, and phthalates. Each candle offers a burn time of approximately 45 hours.
